Hey, gang, our Shire wants to hold a fencing event next spring. We're looking at June. Since we share a border with Concordia, we'd like to have an event that will appeal to Easterners as well as AEthelmearcians. 

Any thoughts? Suggestions on date, what to do at the event, what you would like to see?

The site would be the same as AEthelmearc Academy, the Madison County Fairgrounds. 
It has lots of space indoors and out; a giant pole barn that could be curtained off for a maze; the site is wet; there are flushies & hot showers; lots of flat, grassy camping space, and spacious buildings with electricity.  

Your ideas would be very much appreciated!
